Compensation Plan
Nature's Sunshine has designed a generous compensation plan. More than half of each dollar coming into the company is paid back to our Members, Distributors and Managers in rebates, commissions and benefits. The plan rewards Members and Managers in cash rebates, commissions and other benefits, including trips, car allowance, conventions and more.
Earn income in four different ways:
- Retail Profits (30-45%)
- Sponsoring (Earn 30% commission with the Habit of Health program)
- Personal rebates and group commissions (Earn up to 30% rebates when you and your group order directly from NSP.)

Leadership Equivalents
To encourage downline growth and stability rather than breaking out a large number of first-level Managers, Nature’s Sunshine developed a permanent method whereby sales leaders are rewarded for developing first-level Managers into the ranks of Star Manager and beyond. This Leadership Equivalent program reduces the total number of first-level Managers required for rank advancement and maintenance.
