How to Sign up a New Member with Nature's Sunshine

1. Call Nature’s Sunshine order sales at 1-800-453-1422. If you are a member and are wanting to sign someone else up, tell them that you are wanting to sign up a new member. If you ARE the new member, simply tell them that you want to sign up.

2. Nature’s Sunshine order sales will ask you for the sponsor number of the new member. That number is 940712-9 (substitute your own account number if you have your own and are signing up someone new).

3. You will need to give Nature’s Sunshine the following appropriate information for the new account:
--Name of new member
--Address
--Phone
--Email, Birthdate, and Social Security Number are optional (however, if the new member is wanting to resell the products, giving the Social Security Number/Tax ID number is necessary for tax reasons.)

4. They will ask you what you want to order. The stock number for Thai-Go (two bottle package) is 4095-1. The price of each twin pack is $51.95. You may order as many twin packs as you wish.

5. Nature’s Sunshine has a program to automatically ship you four or more bottles each month, called the Habit of Health Plan. There are some extra benefits for going on this plan. If you would like to go on the Habit of Health Plan, give them stock number 12381-4 (four bottles of Thai-Go). Again, you may order as many bottles on the Habit of Health plan as you wish.

6. You will need to give Order Sales a valid credit card for payment.

7. Nature’s Sunshine Order Sales will give you the new account number and order confirmation. The new member will also receive a membership card separately.

For future orders (not on the Habit of Health Autoship plan):

1. Call Nature’s Sunshine Order Sales. They will ask for your account number, retrieve your account information in their computers, then verify the shipping address.

2. Give the stock number that you wish to order (Thai-Go twin pack is 4095-1), and the quantity.

3. You will need to give a valid credit card, and they will give you the order confirmation number.

NOTE: If you place a second order under a new account within 60 days, Nature’s Sunshine will give you 20% off that order! (maximum of $40 discount).
